PinGlaze operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time packages and are used to generate designs, templates, and content within the studio. Once added to your account, these credits remain available until you choose to use them.
check_circle Eligibility for Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. You may be eligible for a full refund on your credit package purchase if you meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Zero (0) credits from the purchased package have been used.
info If you have a subscription plan, cancellation prevents future charges, but partial refunds for active billing cycles are generally not provided unless unused.
block Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the nature of our generative design tools and the computing resources involved, we cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Any credits have already been consumed to generate Pins or download templates.
- The 14-day window from the date of purchase has elapsed.
- Dissatisfaction with the stylistic output of a generated design (we recommend trying a few variations!).
